This week involved a surprising amount of legwork

Literal legwork. I have become accustomed to letting my fingers do the walking, summoning up articles online, but this time I feel like I earned them. Temple’s library site went down. The depository failed me. Wiley subscriptions are thin upon the ground. The Tri-Co to the rescue, in part.

“Abbott Lowell Cummings and the Preservation of New England”
“Curators: Ethics and Obligations”
“The Deaccession Cookie Jar” ★
“Law for Art’s Sake in the Public Realm” ☹
“Making History Matter” ★
“Museum Accountability”
“Museums as Centers of Controversy”
“Museums, Management, Media, and Memory”
“When It’s OK to Sell the Monet” ★
